ORDER

This petition is filed to quash the impugned notice, dated 22.04.2011, issued by the 1st respondent for his appearance.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the State and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is seen from the records that the respondent, by the impugned order dated 22.04.2011, directed the petitioner to appear before the Executive Magistrate for enquiry and by the same order the petitioner was requested that not to create any law and order problem and further it is seen that the petitioner has not challenged the proceedings initiated against him under Section 145 Cr.P.C.

4. In such view of the matter, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
