Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner's husband who is aged about 80 years is said to be missing since 04.05.2024. The couple were returning from North India. The petitioner's husband is said to have got down at Khammam railway station in Telungana State and he has not seen ever since. 3.In this regard, the fifth respondent has already registered a case in Crime No.172 of 2024. The petitioner has also given a complaint before the second respondent.

4.Since it does not appear to be a case of illegal custody but only a man missing case, this petition may not be maintainable. But having regard to the special facts and circumstances obtaining in this case, we direct the second respondent to extend all possible assistance to the petitioner to enable her to trace her missing husband. The second respondent can very well contact his counter part in Telungana State and do the needful. 5.With the aforesaid direction, this Habeas Corpus Petition is disposed of.
