ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus to direct the first respondent to instruct the second respondent to take action on the petitioner's complaint dated 26.08.2025 and conduct proper enquiry.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner's complaint was enquired into and closed as it disclosed only a 'civil dispute'.

3. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition stands closed with direction to the respondent Police to serve the closure report on the petitioner forthwith.
