ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent herein to transfer the investigation of the complaint submitted by the petitioner which is registered in Crime No. 225 of 2013, for the offences u/s 302 of I.P.C., from the 2nd respondent herein to any other investigating agency more fully to the 3rd respondent i.e., the Inspector of police, CBCID, Virudhunagar District.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents.
