This petition has been filed to call for the records relating to C.C.No.51 of 2013 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Oddanchathiram and quash the same.

2. The petitioner herein is the accused in C.C.No.51 of 2013 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Oddanchathiram. He filed this application to call for the records pertaining to the said C.C. and to quash the same.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate( Criminal Side) appearing for the State represented that on 09.09.2014 itself, the said case have been disposed by the Judicial Magistrate, Oddanchathiram, in which, the petitioner herein was acquitted.
