This Criminal Original Petition had been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai to expedite the trial in Cr.MP.No. 187 of 2022 and dispose the same as per law and consequently direct the Respondent to file FIR U/s.294(b),323, 354, 441, 447, 506(ii) IPC. 2.The grievance of the petitioner is that the petition filed u/s. 156(3) of Cr.P.C in Crl.M.P.No.187 of 2022 is pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai without any conclusion. 3.Considering the grievance of the petitioner, learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai is directed to dispose of Crl.M.P.No.187 of 2022 within a period of one month, from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
