This Writ Petition is filed in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to dispose the petitioner's representation, dated 31.10.2023 lodged before him within a stipulated time as prescribed by this Court.

2. Mr.R.M.Anbunithi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the representation of the petitioner, dated 31.10.2023 is pending.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, let the above said representation of the petitioner be disposed of by summoning the petitioner as well a the counter parties, within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
