ORDER

The petitioner is the defacto complainant. Seeking transfer of investigation in Crime No.286 of 2013, the present petition has been filed.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the case has been registered two years early and that the third respondent police has not filed final report till date.

3. The learned Government Advocate (crl. Side) fairly submitted that there is no progress in the investigation.

4.Taking note of the inaction on the part of the third respondent, a direction is issued to the first respondent to transfer the investigation to the second respondent from the third respondent. The second respondent shall file final report within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
