2.The convict was given emergency leave and the leave period expires today ie., 06.12.2024. It is submitted that the convict's sister died on 05.12.2024. The convict has to attend the funeral ceremony. Therefore, the leave period is extended by three more days. The convict shall return to the prison at 06.00 p.m., on 09.12.2024. 3.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. (G.R.S. J.,) & (R.P.
