ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the F.I.R in Crime No.287 of 2022.
2. The learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners submitted that the Petitioners are arrayed as accused No.1 and 2. As per the case of the prosecution, the second Respondent/De-facto complainant was pushed by the Petitioners herein which resulted in losing her balance and falling down and she got injured. Based on her complaint, the F.I.R was registered.
3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondent police submitted that the investigation was completed and a final report was laid before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Uthamapalayam
4. By the time the petition was moved, investigation had been completed. Therefore, the Petitioner is directed to file appropriate application for quashing the final report.
5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. 2/4
