O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to send the Sale Certificate in No.198/2002, dated 09.12.2022 issued in T.A.No. 62/2001 to the second respondent in terms of Section 89(4) of Registration Act, further direct the second responddent to make necessary entries in the relevant register.

2. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

4. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the request of the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
