ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent. 2.The petitioner apprehends that the second respondent may illegally alienate the petition mentioned property. The petitioner has given objections before the first respondent. The first respondent is the statutory authority, and he will definitely bear in mind all the relevant procedural requirements while entertaining any document that may be submitted by the second respondent for registration. 3.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing informs the Court that it is the practice of the registering authority to look into the contents of the protest petition before effecting any registration. 2/4

4.Recording the said submission, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
