PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner without following the due process of law under the guise of enquiry based on her representation dated 23.11.2023.

O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner without following the due process of law under the guise of enquiry based on her representation dated 23.11.2023.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by one Anbarasu namely fourth respondent herein, First Information Report was registered in Crime No. 534 of 2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 420 and 506(i) IPC.
3. In view of the above said development, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this matter. Hence, this matter has become infructuous.
4. With the above said, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
