instead of the petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate.

Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.SATHYACHIDAMBARAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the 1st Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition No.4 imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15264 of 2023, dated 22.09.2023. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners is hereby modified to the effect that the petitioners shall execute a own bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Srivaikundam. Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
