This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the 1/4

order in E.P.No.58 of 2022 in ACP.No.24 of 2019, dated 07.11.2023 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Tuticorin, Tuticorin District.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for both sides submitted that the petitioner has complied the order passed by this Court, dated 22.12.2023 by depositing 50% of the award amount and the petitioner is ready to deposit the balance amount within a period of three months.

3. In view of the above said understanding between the parties, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. The petitioner shall comply the above said undertaking within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
