To call for the entire records pertaining to the judgment and conviction delivered by the Special Court for Trial of Cases under the Prevention of Corruption Act, Sivagangai in Spl.C.C.No.1/2017 vide judgment dated 19.01.2021 and set aside the same and consequently acquit the appellant from all the charges mentioned in the said case.

Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.A.V. ARUN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.MUTHUMANICKAM, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.4023 of 2021 in Crl.A.(MD).No.38 of 2021 on 16.06.2023.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that as per the direction of this Court, the petitioner is complying with the conditions. He further submitted that the petitioner underwent a surgery in her leg recently and is unable to perform her day-today activities and hence prayed for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court by order dated 16.06.2023. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that petitioner is not complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly and hence, the conditions may be modified once in three months.
4. Considering the submissions made on either side, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to report 2/3
before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur, once in every three months until further orders.
