This petition is filed to condone the delay of 205 days in filing the above Writ Appeal.
2.Heard Mr.R.Baskaran, the learned Additional Advocate General assisted by Mr.J.Ashok, the learned Additional Government Pleader for the petitioners and Mr.A.D.Ganesa Moorthi, the learned counsel for the respondents 2 to 10 and 2/4
Mr.V.R.Shanmuganathan, the learned counsel for the eleventh respondent. Though notice has been served on the first respondent and the name has also been printed in the cause list, there is no appearance for the first respondent. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, taking into consideration that the respondents have got no objection, this Court is inclined to condone the delay of 205 days, however, on payment of costs. 4.Accordingly, this petition is allowed on payment of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the High Court Legal Services Committee attached to this Bench forthwith on receipt of a copy of this order, failing which this petition will be dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court. 5.Registry is directed to number the Writ Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the Writ Appeal for admission. sd/- 27/02/2025 / TRUE COPY / /03/2025 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.
