O R D E R

This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to take necessary action upon the petitioner's complaint dated 12.10.2023 which is pending before the second respondent.

2. When the matter is taken for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side)would submit that the complainant/ Rajadurai reported to be dead. The complaint filed by the petitioner is kept pending. The petitioner gave complaint stating that on behalf of the deceased/ Rajadurai his wife Suganya has to repay the money borrowed from the petitioner. It is further submitted by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) that only the said Rajadurai received money from the petitioner and not Suganya.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that only Suganya wife of the deceased appeared before the investigation officer and assured that she will settle the issue. 2/4

4. In view of the same, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the concerned Court for relief. The closure report shall also be furnished to the petitioner.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
