This Writ Petition is filed in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to take necessary action upon the petitioners complaint dated 24.03.2023 which is pending before the 2nd respondent.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was undertaken. During the course of enquiry, it is found that it is purely a business transaction between the parties. Therefore, by advising them to work out remedy through civil proceedings, the complaint was closed.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, if the petitioner is aggrieved over the outcome of the enquiry, he can work out remedy through appropriate proceedings.
