These petitions are filed to condone the delay of 205 days in filing the above Writ Appeals.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing on either side. Though notice has been served on the first respondent in C.M.P(MD)No.17932 of 2024 and the name has also 2/4

been printed in the cause list, there is no appearance for the first respondent in C.M.P (MD)No.17932 of 2024.
