Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.AK.AZAGAR SAMI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SANJAY GANDHI, Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl MP(MD)No. 8252 OF 2023 in Crl A(MD)No. 788 of 2022 dated 27.06.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.Sanjay Gandhi, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police are present before this Court.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) Submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

5. Considering the nature and the gravity of offence, the condition imposed by this court in Crl MP(MD)No. 8252 of 2023 in CrlA(MD)No. 788 of 2022 dated 2/3
