This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.19344 of 2023 on 26.10.2023.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said conditions.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions for 25 days.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.19344 of 2023 on 26.10.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police weekly once ie., on every Monday at 10.30 am., until further orders.
