2. The petitioner is the mother of the detenue. Her son aged about 26 years is missing since March 2024.

3. On instructions, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor states that the petitioner's son appears to have eloped with one married woman by name Jansi Rani.

4. Be that as it may, the second respondent is directed to register an FIR on the basis of the petitioner's complaint. The second respondent is directed to take earnest steps to trace the petitioner's son and inform the petitioner as expeditiously as possible.
