This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the M.C.No. 3 of 2007, on the file of Learned Judicial Magistrate, Tenkasi.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this petition is filed to quash the order of Judicial Magistrate in M.C.No.3 of 2007 wherein the Judicial Magistrate, Tenkasi dismissed for non-prosecution of the complaint. Accordingly, that complaint is dismissed on 15.06.2017. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this present petition. The Criminal Original petition is dismissed.
