2. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's appeal in Na.Ka.No. 3533/A1/2021, dated 20.11.2023 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
