This case is listed under the caption "For Being Mentioned". 2.It is seen that in the petition filed by the petitioner, the name of the Trial Court is wrongly mentioned as "Judicial Magistrate Court No.VI" instead of "Judicial Magistrate Court No.IV". Therefore, the same is reflected in the order also. Hence, the petitioner is seeking to modify the same.

3. In the order, dated 25.09.2025, in paragraph No.6, 4th line, the words "Judicial Magistrate Court No.VI" is substituted with the following words "Judicial Magistrate Court No.IV".

3.The name of the Trial Court shall also be changed as "Judicial Magistrate Court No.IV" instead of "Judicial Magistrate Court No.VI" in the "To" address also.
