The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.304/2013 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruchendur, Tuticorin District. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that after conducting the trial, the accused in this case has been acquitted. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.
