ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for quashing the First Information Report in Crime No.34 of 2012 on the file of the Inspector of Police District Crime Branch, Madurai District. 2.The parties have appeared before this Court and their identity has also been ascertained. They have amicably resolved the issue. They have also filed a joint compromise memo stating that Rs.1 lakh has been paid to the defacto complainant and receipt of the same was also acknowledged. They also undertake to pay the remaining amount of Rs.16 lakhs within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Thereafter, the defacto complainant will have to execute the sale deed.

3.Recording the compromise memo filed by the parties, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the impugned FIR is quashed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
