This petition has been filed to call for the records in respect of Crime No.306 of 2013 pending on the file of 1st respondent and quash the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions, would submit that after completion of investigation, the respondent police has filed charge sheet on 21.02.2015, before the concerned Court and the same is yet to be taken on file. 4.In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
