O R D E R This petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai to complete the trial in C.C.No.1302 of 2022 at earliest point of time.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the grievance of the petitioner is that eventhough the case is of the year 2022, no progress has been made.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).

4. In view of the same, there shall be a direction to the trial Court to expedite the trial in C.C.No.1302 of 2022 and complete the same within a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With this direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
