ORDER
When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioners sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition, since charge sheet had been filed. Also he seeks liberty to file petition to quash the charge sheet. He also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. The learned Counsel for the second Respondent/Complainant also present before this Court. He also seeks liberty to oppose the petition and also liberty to file petition under Section 173(8) of Cr.P.C.
3. Accordingly, liberty is granted to the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Counsel for the second Respondent to file appropriate petition.
4. Hence, permission is granted. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty to file appropriate petition by both parties. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 15.02.2024 NCC:yes/no Index:yes/no Internet:yes/no Nsr 2/4
