ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the Learned District Munsif Court, Thoothukudi to dispose the suit in O.S.No. 119 of 2023 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Thoothukudi within a time stipulated by this Honourable Court by allowing this revision petition.

2. A perusal of the report of the learned Principal District Munsif, Thoothukudi would indicate that as issues have been framed on 22.10.2025, the suit is ready for trial.

3. In view of the limited order that is being passed now, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

4. There shall be a direction to the learned Principal District Munsif, Thoothukudi, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.119 of 2023 as expeditiously as possible, however, not later than six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
