O R D E R

This Contempt Petition is filed against the contemnors / respondents herein for their willful disobedience to the order passed by this Court in WP(MD).No.25281 of 2023, dated 11.09.2024.

2. Heard, the learned Counsels on either sides and carefully perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the contempt petitioner submitted that despite the order of this court, the respondents have not approved the appointment of the petitioners from the date of the original appointment.

4. The learned Additional Advocate General by way of reply submitted that they have duly approved the appointment of the 2/4

petitioners in terms of the letter given by the appointees/Minority Schools, namely, the management where they have worked, and the approval was given in line with the date of approval as indicated by the management school and he fairly conceded that the said order of approval was prior to the issuance of the order of this Court in WP(MD)Nos.25280 of 2023 batch dated 11.09.2024.

5. In view of the same, clearly recording the fact that it is for the petitioner to challenge the communication given by the school management to the Government, this contempt petition is closed. 11.06.2025 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes Sml To 1.The Director of Elementary School Education, D.P.I.
