..Respondents PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. praying to direct the 2nd respondent to transfer the case in Cr.No.246 of 2013 on the file of the Madhagupatti Police Station to any other Special Investigation Team of C.B.C.I.D other than the 1st respondent under the supervision of police officer not below the Rank of Superintendent Police and investigate in to the same and lay filing final report according to law within stipulated time as may be fixed by this Court. For Petitioner : Mr.P.Vijay Raghavan For Respondents : Mr.K.Anbarasan Government Advocate (Criminal side)

ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to transfer the case in Crime No.246 of 2013 on the file of the Madhagupatti Police Station to any other Special Investigation Team of C.B.C.I.D other than the 1st respondent, under the supervision of the police officer not below the Rank of Superintendent Police and investigate in to the same and file the final report within a time limit.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions, would submit that after filing of final report in Crime No.246 of 2013, the same was taken on file as PRC.No.47 of 2016, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sivagangai. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
