By this Writ Petition, the petitioner seeks consideration and disposal of the appeal before the Revenue Divisional Officer for cancellation of patta Nos.11094, 11090 and 11091.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of respondents 1 to 4. He confirms that the petitioner's appeal is pending before the Revenue Divisional Officer. He submits that such appeal would be considered and disposed of on merits within twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after providing a reasonable opportunity to all parties thereto, including the private 2/4

respondents herein.

3. In view of the above submissions of learned Special Government Pleader, it is not necessary to issue notice to the private respondents herein. Instead, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's appeal on merits after providing a reasonable opportunity to all parties thereto.
