ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report registered in Crime No.96 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent Police Station.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the investigation in Crime No.96 of 2022, the first respondent has filed the final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate -IV, Madurai as 'further action dropped' on 09.12.2024.
