This petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the proceedings in Crime No.222 of 2013, on the file of the 1st respondent police and quash the same as against the petitioners.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions, would submit that after investigation, the respondent police has filed charge sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sivagangai and the same has been taken on file as C.C.No.11 of 2014.

4. In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
