P RAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to take appropriate action against the third respondent, who carry the construction work in Adi Dravidar Boys Hostel, Srivilliputhur, Virudhunagar District without following due process of law vide the petitioner's representation, dated 21.11.2024. ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a direction directing the first respondent to take action as against the third respondent, who is carrying the construction work in Adi Dravidar Boys Hostel, Srivilliputhur, Virudhunagar District without following due process of law.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 2/4

3. On receipt of the said representation, now enquiry is under progress after issuance of notice to the respondents 3 to 5 herein. Already this Court vide order dated 11.12.2024 restrained the respondents 3 to 5 to use the petitioner's construction material stocked at Adi Dravidar Boys Hostel, Srivilliputhur, Virudhunagar District.

4. In view of the above, the first respondent is directed to complete the enquiry and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the respondents 3 to 5 within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till then, interim order passed by this Court is in force.
