ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the paper publication dated 15.11.2024 for the loan availed by the petitioner's husband.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that only after the publication of the said notice, they came to know that the husband of the petitioner had passed away.

3. Recording the same, the impugned paper publication dated 15.11.2024 relating to the property in Survey No.31/5 to an extent of 370.5 sq.ft, situated at Avaniyapuram Village, Madurai District, is set aside.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of, with liberty to the respondent to proceed further in the manner known to law. There shall be no order as to the costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 08.01.2025 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No jbr 2/4
