This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file Final Report in Crime No. 127 of 2022 pending on file of the respondent police station.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that awaiting for Forensic Report and seeks two months time to complete the investigation.

3. In view of the same, the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report before the concerned court preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
