dated 26.08.2019 with the Government clarification letter No:File: 1706.C1.2023-1, dated 25.05.2023 and all other attendant benefits to the petitioner with interest at the rate of 18% per annum from 01.10.2017 to till the date of payment.

ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed by a Superintendent of the respondent Corporation, who retired from service on 30.06.2017.
2. According to the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, after his retirement, in view of G.O.Ms.No.134 Transport (D) Department, dated 09.04.2018, the recommendations of the 7th Pay Commission were implemented in the Transport Corporation. Therefore, the petitioner has sent a representation on 20.10.2023 seeking the said benefits to be conferred upon him. Since there was no response, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. Considering the above said facts, the respondents 2 and 3 are directed to confer the eligible benefits upon the writ petitioner and disburse the same within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
4. With the above said observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
