This Writ Petition is filed in the nature of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent No. 1 to 5 to take initiate action against the respondent No. 6 to 8 by considering the petitioners representation dated 28.10.2023 in accordance with law within time stipulated by this Court. 2/5

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that a case in Crime No.190 of 2023 has been registered on 03.12.2023 for the offences under Section 341, 294(b), 323, 448 and 506(2) of IPC, against three accused.

3. In view of the above submission, the prayer in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
