This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus directing respondent Nos.1 to 4 to take action on the petitioner's representations dated 16.10.2023 and 15.11.2023 respectively.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for respondent Nos.3 and 4 submitted that the enquiry was conducted and the same was closed through proceedings dated 13.11.2024 by the fourth respondent Police.

3. Recording the above said submission, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
