This petition is filed praying to call for the order of impugned notice issued by the learned Sub Divisional Magistrate Cum Sub Collector, Cheranmahadevi, Tirunelveli District, dated 26.11.2013, made in M.C.No.199 of 2013 and quash the same. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.
