ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute and not to harass the petitioners in the name of enquiry in the nature and circumstances of the case.

2. Learned Government Advocate would submit that a complaint was given by the respondents 6 to 10 herein against the petitioner and others stating that by taking advantage of the similarity of names, they 2/4

have created false documents by impersonation. It is further submitted that the petitioner appeared before the respondent on 03.12.2023 and undertook to produce the relevant documents, but later failed.

3. The petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent along with relevant documents and co-operate for the enquiry. Let the enquiry be completed within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If any trouble arises during the course of enquiry, the petitioner is at liberty to work out remedy through appropriate proceedings. There is no harassment at the hands of the respondent Nos.1 and 2.
