This petition has been filed to direct withdraw the case in Crime No.417/2023 on the file of the second respondent and transfer the same on the file of the third respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, both side counsels are present. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent would submit that after elaborate enquiry, charge sheet was filed and the same is taken on file in S.C.No.575 of 2024 and now, the case is pending on the file of Principal District Court, Tenkasi.

passed in this case. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
