This writ petition is filed against the order of suspension dated 13.09.2024.

2. During the course of hearing, Mr.T.Amjadkhan, learned Government Advocate, submits that the order of suspension against the petitioner has been revoked by proceeding dated 07.04.2025. He placed a copy of the proceeding dated 07.04.2025.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also accepted the same.

4. In view of the above factual position, in my considered view, no further adjudication is required in this case. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
