ORDER
Heard both sides.
2.The petitioner has already submitted the petition mentioned sale deed before the second respondent. The second respondent has two options before him. If the documents are in order, registration will have to be done subject to the fulfillment of the usual formalities. If the second respondent refuses registration, he has to issue refusal check slip containing proper reasons.
3.Mandating the second respondent to adopt either one of the courses of action, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
