The petitioner seeks to quash the FIR in Crime No.503 of 2025 on the file of the first respondent police.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the investigation is completed and a final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai and the same is yet to be taken on file.

3. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if so advised. The learned Judicial Magistrate, Madurai, is directed to expedite the process of taking cognizance of the offences, preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
