ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report registered in Crime No.422 of 2021 on the file of the first respondent Police Station.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the investigation in Crime No.422 of 2021, the first respondent has filed the final report before the concerned Court as 'further action dropped'.

3. In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
